Trading Terms
  • All prices quoted are effective as of 1st January 2025 and may be subject to change without prior notice.

  • All prices are in British pounds sterling  (GBP) and we are based in Norfolk, UK and all shipments are from Norfolk.

  • All prices are exclusive of VAT which will be charged at the appropriate UK rate.

  • All EU customers who do not supply a valid VAT number will be charged VAT at the UK rate.

  • Any EU customer collecting an order must provide a copy of airline/ferry/train ticket.

  • All customers outside of the EU will not be charged VAT.

  • All goods are subject to availability.

  • Administrative charge of 15% will be charged on all returned goods for refund(s) other than faulty goods.

  • Credit facilities will not be granted to any customer.

  • Goods remain the property of JagSpares International and title is not transferable until paid for in full by cleared funds.

  • Orders will only be processed upon receipt of full payment or credit card details.

  • Orders usually despatched within 3-4 days after receipt of order and cleared payment.

  • By placing an order, you are deemed to have read and accepted our terms and conditions of sale as laid out here.

  • Under the current data protection act all information provided to us by yourself will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be passed on to any third party organisation.
